As the Co-Founder of Mountain Mentors, an all-female alpine mentorship program in Vancouver & the Sea to Sky corridor, Brett is passionate about empowering the next generation of female outdoor leaders through relationship facilitation and community building. Since Mountain Mentors’ creation in 2016, 126 women have participated in its unique programs in backcountry skiing, splitboarding, mountain biking, and climbing. Mountain Mentors’ work has been featured in Mountain Life Media, MEC, & various local news sources.

Having lived and studied in Norway and East Africa, Brett is especially grateful to call North Vancouver home, where craft beer and tacky dirt are never more than a 10-minute pedal away.
